Congratulations to the new owners!
Sedona
KWPN-NA 2022
Sedona is by the internationally acclaimed stallion, Florianus II WESTF Crown/D-OC (standing at Iron Spring Farm). His offspring are of modern type, with fantastic gaits, uphill build, and wonderful temperaments. He is the most successful Westfalen dressage stallion out of Germany.
Sedona’s dam is the big moving Dutch Harness Horse Katruus KWPN-NA, Star, PROK, Prov. Keur. She is by the highly sought after Dutch Harness Horse Colonist, TP (Harness). Colonist has both Manno, Pref and Patijn, Pref in his sire bloodlines. Katruus was purchased from Iron Springs Farm after having two first premium Sir Sinclair fillies. She was a National Champion Harness Horse in 2015 at her keuring.
Sedona is a smart filly with a stunning blood bay coat, plenty of chrome and eye-catching movement. Her expressive gaits and and excellent confirmation and balance will get you noticed and remembered in the dressage ring. In her early training for inspection she quickly progressed and only needed to learn things once
Congratulations to the new owners of Sedona! This stunning girl is heading to an exciting new chapter with her wonderful owner and trainer. We’re confident she will continue to flourish, and we can’t wait to watch her shine and achieve success in the dressage ring. Wishing the entire team the very best as they begin this journey together!
Rominka
KWPN-NA 2021
Rominka is by Gaudi KWPN, currently the most popular breeding stallion in North America. Gaudi’s sire is the world famous, record setting stallion Totilas. His first offspring are proving to be highly successful as they begin their dressage careers.
Rominka’s dam, Calla KWPN-NA, is from one of the highest ranked dressage lines in the Netherlands. When her dam, Ixia KWPN, Elite, Prest, was imported to the US by the award-winning breeder Barabar Funk, the US dressage world took note. The dam of Ixia, Charities KWPN, Ster, Pref, Prest, goes back to the widely heralded Iron Springs Farm stallion, Roemer KWPN, Pref. Calla’s grandsire is Sandro Hit.
Rominka is a calm, easy-to-work with filly who has been an A+ student as she gets started under saddle. She has floaty, athletic, correct movement. Her willingness will make her a wonderful dressage partner or hunter-jumper (she jumped a four foot fence line from a standstill to follow a friend). She should mature to 16hh. She has a correct and solid start under saddle and is ready to finish your way!

Sri Lanka
KWPN-NA 2022
Sri Lanka is by Gaudi KWPN, currently the most popular breeding stallion in North America. Gaudi’s sire is the world famous, record setting stallion, Totilas. His first offspring are proving to be successful as they begin their dressage careers.
Lanka’s dam, Calla KWPN-NA, is from one of the highest ranked dressage lines in the Netherlands. When her dam, Ixia, was imported to the US by the award-winning breeder, Barbara Funk, the US dressage world took note. Calla’s top side includes the heralded Sandro Hit and goes back to the much-loved retired Iron Springs Farm Stallion, Roemer KWPN, Pref.
Lanka is sweet and easy to work with and has a strong desire to please. She is handled daily. Stands quietly for grooming and farrier and has easily loaded into the trailer several times. Her conformation is correct, and she has beautiful, elegant, and elastic suspension. She will be a dark bay with two white socks and mature to over 17 hands (she stands at 15.2 at just over a year).
